🌱 The Olta story
Early 2023, I embarked on a solo journey, with the Olta name, to make product decisions clear. Initially for a product startup based around visual planning and strategy, I also dabbled in AI user research for a few months. You can read the tombstone here, but as should happen to most startups, I killed it early. I still host it here for free use and my amusement
While interviewing 100s of product teams for the product, I found myself delivering value in a high impact and targeted way. So I continue to help in making great Product Decisions. Olta.app is now my fractional business, supporting teams at critical points in their growth journeys.
My focus is on startups just beginning their product cultures and first strategies, and companies trying to embed data thinking and Growth Product into their culture.
Along the way I also write and build some tools to help these companies, you can see those at the bottom of the page.

A series of free and open tools I code to help companies, especially scale-ups, deploy twice the amount of ab tests, on half the volume. Also used to test key pricing strategies.
